9. The objective
- Program General Goals
The specialized training program in Aeronautical Engineering aims to equip students with knowledge and skills to operate, maintain and repair aircraft and equipment and systems on board such as: airframe, engines, equipment and systems belonging to the group of mechanics and avionics. After graduation, students can work in factories, aircraft repair and maintenance workshops, airlines, aircraft operating companies, and other related technical fields.
- Objectives
The goal of the Aeronautical Engineering Engineer training program is to equip graduates with:
- Solid professional knowledge to adapt well to different jobs in the general engineering field and at the same time have in-depth knowledge in the specialized field of Aircraft operation, maintenance and repair engineering;
- Professional skills and personal qualities necessary for career success;
- Social skills needed to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and in an international environment;
- Ability to plan, implement and operate equipment, systems and machines in service of exploitation, repair and maintenance in accordance with economic, social and environmental contexts;
- Political qualities, sense of service to the people, good health, meeting the requirements of national construction and defense;
- Graduates of the Aeronautical Engineering program can work as:
+ Project management engineer;
+ Engineer of operation, maintenance and repair;
+ Testing and evaluation engineer;
+ Design consultancy, supervision;
+ Sales engineer, marketing...
PO1. Graduates of this program will receive a comprehensive education that integrates knowledge from social sciences, natural sciences, and specialized engineering fields. Students will understand philosophy and Marxism-Leninism, political and social systems, and the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, alongside familiarity with Vietnamese and global cultures. Proficient in natural sciences and supported by strong computer skills and foreign language abilities, students will grasp key engineering concepts such as fluid mechanics and thermodynamics to solve complex problems. Additionally, students will acquire practical knowledge in digital engineering and aerospace topics, enabling them to effectively integrate core and specialized knowledge to address professional challenges and tackle advanced issues in the aerospace industry.
PO2. Graduates of this program will acquire a diverse set of skills crucial for professional success, including proficiency in IT tools and office equipment, basic and advanced English communication skills for clear presentations and well-structured writing, and the ability to apply knowledge from natural and social sciences to solve problems. Students will be adept at tackling both simple and complex professional challenges, enhancing work efficiency through effective social communication and collaboration. Additionally, graduates will foster strong relationships with colleagues and foreign partners, promoting international integration and teamwork in diverse environments.
PO3. Graduates of this program will develop essential competencies for effective collaboration and social responsibility, demonstrating the ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in teams.
